For companies that move freight between Mexico and the United States every week: manufacturers and IMMEX plants, distributors, exporters and retail operations. If you ship ten or more loads a month, our Corporate Program gives you a dedicated team, volume pricing and full visibility of your operation on both sides of the border.
What the Corporate Program includes
- Dedicated account executive. An assigned team that knows your products, your tariff classifications and your lanes, on the Mexican side and the U.S. side.
- Volume pricing. Per-shipment rates based on how many shipments you move each month.
- Monthly KPI report. Shipments cleared, clearance times, duties and taxes paid and exceptions, for your logistics and finance teams.
- Online access. Status of your import and export operations, plus your digital file (pedimentos, COVE, invoices and supporting documents) to look up and download by reference.
- IMMEX and Annex 24 support. Pedimentos that match your inventory control: a clean part-number catalog, consistent units of measure and correct discharges.
- Data integration. Electronic exchange of your shipment data with your ERP or internal system.
One operation, both sides of the border
Mexican customs broker in Nuevo Laredo and U.S. customs broker in Laredo, Texas: we file the Mexican pedimento and the U.S. entry for the same shipment. 200,000 sq ft of warehouse capacity in Laredo with our own team on site, bonded warehouse, in-bond moves, hazmat, cross-border trucking, cross-dock and transload, and clearance at the Port of Manzanillo and the Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey airports. CTPAT and OEA certified. More than 30 years of experience in international trade.
Client document portal
Our clients send invoices, XML files and shipment documents through a secure portal, organized by document type, instead of long email chains. Your account executive has them ready for the pedimento and the U.S. entry.
Typical scenarios
Illustrative examples of the situations we handle most often. They do not describe a specific client.
- IMMEX plant with dozens of shipments a month. The same part number was declared under different tariff codes and Annex 24 did not reconcile. Solution: a part-number catalog with fixed tariff code and unit, consistent pedimentos and a monthly report for the trade compliance team.
- Distributor importing from Asia through Manzanillo. The 2026 duties on non-FTA countries changed its landed cost. Solution: classification review, PROSEC evaluation and route options (Manzanillo or in-bond through Laredo), with taxes estimated before purchase.
- Mexican exporter selling into the U.S. Needed the U.S. entry, the customs bond and the Mexican export pedimento coordinated. Solution: one file and one team in Laredo and Nuevo Laredo, with USMCA origin reviewed.
- Houston supplier selling delivered in Mexico. Needed to deliver equipment to an energy-sector buyer without having its own importer in Mexico. Solution: we take care of the Mexican import, the crossing at Laredo or the Colombia bridge, and the delivery. See oilfield and heavy equipment.
- Equipment that enters Mexico for a project and comes back. Needed to avoid a permanent import on equipment that returns. Solution: a temporary import, with the return documented from day one.
Our longest-standing customer has been with us for more than 18 years. Before the first shipment we review your classifications, USMCA origin and records, and we provide clearance-time and incident reports on request. For manufacturing and IMMEX plants, see customs broker for manufacturers.
How we get started
- Review of your operation. Volumes, tariff classifications, lanes, programs (IMMEX, USMCA) and what is costing you time or money today.
- Proposal with volume pricing. Scope, assigned team, reports and timelines.
- Start with a pilot lane. You do not have to move your whole operation on day one. We start with one lane or one type of shipment and grow from there. See the 30-day transition plan.

Tell us roughly how many shipments you move each month, what you ship and your lanes, and we will prepare a proposal. Request a proposal or call +1 (956) 717-4150, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central.
