Customs Brokerage and Logistics for IMMEX Companies
Eilan Trade Solutions (Agencia Aduanal Eilan in Mexico) supports IMMEX companies across all of Mexico — Nuevo León, the Bajío (Guadalajara, León, Querétaro, Silao), Puebla, Michoacán and beyond — with the temporary import of machinery, raw materials and components, and with the export of finished goods to the United States. Laredo is the busiest inland border crossing in North America, and we coordinate tariff classification, customs compliance and transport from your plant to the end customer, whatever state of Mexico you are in. The IMMEX program is also the legal route many nearshoring companies use to establish manufacturing in Mexico; we support both established plants and manufacturers moving or opening operations in Mexico for the first time.

The Filings We Handle Every Day
Temporary import, return, change of customs regime and virtual transfers between companies holding a program. We prepare the pedimento and the documentation that supports each operation, with the document control required by Annexes 24 and 31. ACE entry on the United States side and pedimento on the Mexican side, in one file and under one reference number.
Your Deadlines, Watched Before They Arrive
Temporary material has a return date. We tell you in advance when a pedimento is approaching its deadline, so the return, the transfer or the change of regime happens in time and with the full supporting file. You always know what material is open and until when.
Virtual Transfers Between IMMEX Companies
When your product passes to another company holding a program without leaving the country, we coordinate both sides of the transfer: the return by the company delivering and the temporary import by the company receiving, on the same date and under the same reference, so that both inventories reconcile.
Warehousing and Crossing Under Control
Our warehouse at 8101 San Gabriel, Laredo, Texas, offers cross-dock, consolidation and inventory control. Your temporary-import material is identified, separated and documented from the moment it arrives until it crosses. See our warehousing and distribution.
